Nox is aiming to become the best alternative to short-haul flights by soon offering premium overnight trains across Europe. With a radically redesigned interior and onboard experience, people travel in style, saving time being asleep. If you’re excited about building a brand and scaling growth from the ground up, this role could be for you. As a Growth and Marketing Lead (f/m/d), you will define and execute a full-funnel strategy-driving acquisition, building scalable systems, and using data to continuously optimize performance and impact.

Tasks

  • Own and execute: Define the end-to-end marketing strategy to establish Nox as a distinctive and leading brand in Europe
  • Be the growth engine: Build and scale a full-funnel acquisition system across paid and organic channels, optimizing the journey from awareness to retention.
  • Let data speak: Establish robust tracking, attribution, and CRM systems to drive experimentation and continuous performance optimization.
  • Communicate and Collaborate: Develop scalable forecasting and reporting models to provide actionable insights for you, leadership, and investors.

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of experience in growth or strategic marketing, with a proven track record of building scalable acquisition systems and demand generation
  • You act entrepreneurial and are comfortable building marketing structures, tools, and processes from the ground up
  • You are able to blend high-level strategic thinking with measurable execution
  • You have a deep understanding of B2C (B2B on top is a plus) models, focusing on funnel metrics, attribution, and data-driven decision-making, fully leveraging AI-tools
  • You are able and comfortable to guide and lead internal or external stakeholders, including agencies
